Quiz11 – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Quiz11, a mobile-based quiz gaming platform owned and operated by SpreeCode Private Limited. By accessing or using Quiz11, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Definitions

“Platform” refers to the Quiz11 mobile application and associated services.
“User”, “You”, or “Player” refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the Platform.
“Contests” refer to any quiz-based events hosted on the Platform, which may be free or paid.
“Winnings” refer to the monetary rewards or bonuses earned by users through contests.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform.
By registering, you confirm that you are legally competent and not prohibited by any law from using skill-based gaming services.
Quiz11 reserves the right to verify your identity and age through KYC procedures.

3. Account Creation & Responsibilities

Users must register using valid information including name, email, phone number, and other required credentials.
Each individual is allowed to maintain only one account. Duplicate or fake accounts may be terminated.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Quiz11 is not responsible for any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Quiz Contests and Participation

Quiz11 hosts contests of various types, including free and paid quizzes.
Each contest will have clearly defined entry fees, prize pools, number of questions, and rules.
Users must have sufficient wallet balance or applicable bonuses to enter paid contests.
The quizzes are time-bound. Scores depend on both correctness and response time.
Any technical glitches during participation should be reported immediately.

5. Winnings and Withdrawals

Winnings are calculated based on leaderboard rankings and prize distribution rules.
Withdrawals are permitted only after successful KYC verification.
A minimum withdrawal threshold may apply.
Withdrawals will be processed within 3-7 business days.
Taxes, if applicable, will be deducted as per Indian government regulations.

6. Coins, Bonuses, and Referral Program

Users may earn bonus coins through referrals, promotions, and specific achievements.
Bonus coins may be used for contest participation but are non-withdrawable.
The referral program rewards both inviter and invitee once the referred user completes valid participation.
Quiz11 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonuses and referral terms at any time.

7. Fair Play & Fraud Prevention

All contests are skill-based and any form of cheating, collusion, or automation (bots) is strictly prohibited.
Users found violating fair play policies may face account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, or legal action.
Quiz11 reserves the right to conduct investigations into suspected activities.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Entry fees are non-refundable unless a technical error on our end prevents contest participation.
In the event of a contest cancellation, the entry fee will be refunded to the user wallet.
Users must raise refund requests within 24 hours of the issue.

9. Modification of Terms

These Terms may be modified at any time. Updated terms will be notified via the app or email.
Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

Quiz11 and its parent company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We are not responsible for loss of data, winnings, or access due to technical issues.

11. Data Privacy

Your personal information will be used strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We implement security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
By using Quiz11, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our policies.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
